Terms and Conditions – Payments

These Terms and Conditions govern all payment-related matters for services booked through our website. By confirming a booking with us, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Advance Payment
   • A 10% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
   • This advance secures your reservation and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Balance Payment
   • The remaining balance must be paid in cash (USD, EUR, or LKR equivalent) upon arrival in Sri Lanka, before the start of the service.
   • We do not accept balance payments via card or online transfers upon arrival unless specifically arranged in advance.
3. Transaction Charges
   • All transaction charges, currency conversion fees, and international payment fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
   • If any amount is deducted as a fee from our end, the Customer must pay the difference to ensure the full agreed amount is received.
4. Preferred Payment Methods (for Advance)
   We accept advance payments through the following methods, ranked in order of preference:
   • Revolut Pay (Recommended – minimal fees and fast processing)
   • PayPal
   • Bank Transfer (May involve higher international fees)
   • Wise
5. No Refund Policy
   • All advance payments and balance payments are strictly non-refundable.
   • We recommend finalizing your travel plans and confirming all details before proceeding with payment.
6. Currency and Payment Terms
   • All prices are quoted in USD or Euro unless otherwise stated.
   • If paying in a different currency upon arrival, the exchange rate used will be based on the official rate on the day of payment.
   • Any underpayment due to currency fluctuations or rounding must be adjusted by the Customer.
7. Security and Payment Processing
   • All online payments are processed through secure, third-party platforms.
   • We are not liable for delays, issues, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
   • Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact and resolution attempts will be considered a violation of these terms.
   • We reserve the right to seek legal or collection remedies in such cases.
9. Agreement and Modifications
   • By making any payment, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
